Who can use SentrySIS?

SentrySIS is for Business Crime Reduction Partnerships, police constabularies and local businesses across the UK who have an interest in monitoring and reporting crime.

How much does the SentrySIS system cost?

All businesses will receive access into SentrySIS as part of their membership fee as part of their local crime partnership. Costs for access into SentrySIS will vary for businesses who are not connected to crime partnership in different locations of the UK.

Do I need a digital radio to access the system?

No. SentrySIS is accessed through any desktop computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection. You will need to be able to access the internet.

Will I get training and support with SentrySIS?

Yes. Through the network of local stakeholders the police, crime partnerships and businesses users will receive training on how to use the system. In addition to this, you can submit training and support requests directly to our technical team who can help troubleshoot any issues you might have.

Do I receive training on SentrySIS?

All users of the system will receive an instruction manual that guides them through how to use the system. For crime partnerships and the police, a series of face to face training workshops can be arranged.

What happens if I have a problem with SentrySIS?

SentrySIS has been developed so that its very easy to use. If you experience any issues however users can either use the 'Report an issue' function withn the system or use the online technical help section on the main SentrySIS website that will go directly to our technical staff based in our UK based call centre.
